They approach you quite fast, but backing up instead of running toward them should ensure you don't get hit. If you can't back up, stay in place. If you don't feel confident, you can bring milk to cure Wither if you get hit.
TL;DR: Don't sprint into Wither Skeleton faces.

from mightygi11 on 01/19/2016 09:10 PMOr, y'know, just walk there. We won't really have to go there too often, unless we set up an XP farm, in which case we should just build houses there. Or use nether portals for faster travel.

End Portal/Stronghold

So I enchanted some stuff

I had a diamond pickaxe with Unbreaking III, Fortune III and Efficiency IV.
I had another diamond pickaxe with Unbreaking III, Efficiency IV and Silk Touch.
I had a fishing rod with Unbreaking III, Luck of the Sea III and Lure III.
Wow.
